Our practice area covers: Ovenden, Lee Mount, Wheatley, Illingworth, Holmfield, Bradshaw, Boothtown & Mixenden. Patients that live outside of these areas CAN still register with us but they will not receive any home visits from Beechwood Medical Centre should they need one. If a patient needs a home visit and lives outside of our practice area they will receive a visit from an alternative GP practice closer to where they live. This will be arranged by contacting NHS111. The registration of patients outside our normal area is done so on this explicit basis.
