Did you know that you can use Patient Partner (24 hour automated system) to book, change and cancel appointments and order repeat prescriptions?

 There is no need to register to use this service you just need your date of birth and any telephone number that we have on our system (landline or mobile) so we can recognise you. You can book appointments with GPs 4 weeks in advance.

If you want to use the repeat prescription request process then you will need a PIN which you can obtain from the reception team. You only need to request this once and then can use it each time you need to request a repeat prescription.
