New Telephone System Posted or Updated on 7 Jan 2025

Beechwood Medical Centre will be having a new telephone system in January 2025. Patients should not really notice a huge difference in that you will call the same number and most things will work the same as they do now. The main difference the patients will notice is that the system will inform you what telephone queue position you are in and offer you the chance of an automated "call back" once you reach number one in the queue. This maintains your queue position but you don't need to be on hold. We are expecting to go live with this new system on Wednesday 15th January 2025
