If you would like to speak to a Clinician for advice you can book a telephone appointment Monday to Friday in the mornings or afternoons if these are available. This can be an alternative to a face to face appointment if required.
Telephone appointments are also available to discuss any issues/results when examination by the doctor or nurse is unnecessary. These can be booked during normal surgery times and are dependent upon availability.
The telephone consultations operate every weekday. Please book your telephone appointment with the receptionists. You can book it for that day (if it is urgent) or book ahead for a day that week or several weeks. The telephone appointments are aimed at dealing with simple and straight forward matters. If during the course of this telephone appointment it is established by the Clinician that you do need to be seen then the Clinician can arrange that for you.
