The vision statement above needs to be in place in order to create our 5-year business plan
The business plan will be broken down into categories, but all parts of the business plan will need to deliver a segment of the above vision to be considered for inclusion.
The ‘Patient’ vision statement should be included in the practice website and patient leaflets and the staff/colleague’s statement should be included in the contract of employment and staff handbook.
