Flu Clinics

The flu vaccine is routinely given on the NHS to:

  • adults 65 and over
  • people with certain medical conditions (including children in at-risk groups from 6 months of age)
  • pregnant women
  • children aged 2 and 3 on 31 August 2020
  • children in primary school
  • frontline health or social care workers
  • This year the NHS may make this vaccine available to others groups but we are currently waiting for advice on this

Please note that due to the Coronavirus and current restrictions that this year ALL flu vaccinations will be by APPOINTMENT only. In order to manage the process and not block the telephone lines then the practice will contact patients to make their appointment with them. Please DO NOT phone the surgery to book a flu vaccination appointment. Although this is subject to change then we are aiming for the following dates:
